• Eighty hours of comprehensive training, including classroom and practical preparation. Training covers the fundamentals of coffee, operational procedures, customer interaction, equipment use and other aspects to the kiosk. Training is performed by Hometown Coffee personnel with over 20 years experience in coffee and retail/ foodservice operations. We also provide extensive training manuals.
• Our program has no restrictions, allowing your store the flexibility to cross merchandise bakery and other retail items within the kiosk.
• A Hometown Coffee Kiosk is a one time purchase. There are no royalty fees.
• Our kiosks give you flexibility in choosing lighting and building materials for your kiosk design, allowing your store control over kiosk build-out costs.
• Hometown Coffee Company kiosk are fully supported. We conduct initial training and ongoing training, and we administer spot audits of kiosk performance. A yearly
promotional calendar is supplied, complete with seasonal beverages.
• Every kiosk design is self contained, minimizing the square footage space occupied. Designs offer in store placement versatility and minimal facility-kiosk interface requirements.
• Kiosks are equipped with state of the art roasting, brewing, and drink preparation equipment.
• Our kiosks are designed for maximum efficiency in preparation of beverages. In addition, every kiosk meets all required zoning, health department criteria, and handicap regulations. The design, however, may be modified to fit a certain space. Also, kiosk colors, lighting, signage, menu boards, and uniforms are all site specific.
• We have the ability to create both indoor and outdoor kiosk designs.
